Nativity Carol Concert

Once again, I am pleased to invite you to the unveiling of the Edinburgh Nativity Scene on Sunday 27th November 2016 at 3pm.

We are returning to St. Andrew’s Square Gardens on the East side of George Street, Edinburgh to celebrate the start of the Christmas season.

This popular event brings together people from all denominations and will include carol singing led by the Exile Gospel Choir and of course everyone who comes along joins in for the launch of the advent Christmas Calendar.

This is the fourteenth year we have held this service and we will be joined by The Most Reverend Leo Cushley, Archbishop of St. Andrew’s & Edinburgh, Bishop John Armes, Dean of Edinburgh Diocese, Reverend James Dewar, Moderator, Presbytery of Edinburgh, The Reverend David Hart, City Centre Workplace Chaplain, Reverend Rosie Addis, Albany Church for the Deaf and Donald Wilson, Lord Provost of Edinburgh, who will join together in prayer and a blessing.

Please give this special event in the Christmas Calendar all your support and encourage as many of your friends and families to join us in celebrating the start of the Christmas celebrations with a reminder of what Christmas and its origins are all about.

11 November 2016
There is no obligation to attend Sunday Mass at this time. For your own safety and the safety of your loved ones, you should minimize contact with other people, also in the church. Therefore I encourage everyone to STAY AT HOME!!!
